On four occasions in 2012, at unexpected settings off the beaten path, a number of impassioned individuals will join a gathering of accomplished, creative visionaries for an intimate evening of bold performances, open discussion and fearless exploration.
MUSE/IQUE invites you to the Uncorked Series, a journey to re-discover music by getting closer to it than you have ever been before. The events are limited to 300, there is no curtain, no stage and no fourth wall.

MUSE/IQUE's summer events bring you outdoors for concerts at Caltech's Beckman Auditorium. Leading an ensemble of extraordinary musicians, conductor Rachael Worby is a force of nature - a musical tour guide who leads fellow listeners through diverse sonic landscapes, musical eras, and human emotions. MUSE/IQUE strives to strengthen community bonds, inspire life-long cultural engagement and creating unforgettable music. An orchestra based in Pasadena that supports and encourages local composers, musicians and creative thinkers of every discipline, MUSE/IQUE is committed to the community.

MUSE/IQUE supports a full educational outreach program for local public schools, introducing musical experiences to young adults and at-risk youth and reaffirming positive possibilities for education in the arts. As part of its active community-building, MUSE/IQUE already enjoys relationships with the Hathaway-Sycamores, Hillsides, and Pasadena Unified School District.
